James A. Tocher - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tocher is our founder and has been our President and Chief Executive Officer and one of our directors since our incorporation in December 2000.

Prior to founding Tranzeo, Mr. Tocher served as President and a director of NTS Computer Systems Ltd., a company he founded in 1990. NTS Computer Systems designed, manufactured and distributed cost effective laptops and accessories for students and educators across North America and Europe. Mr. Tocher was President of NTS Computer Systems from 1990 to 2000. NTS Computer Systems grew from a single employee to 250 employees in four countries producing sales in excess of $34 million during this period. NTS Computer Systems became a public company during this period, initially trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange and subsequently moving to the TSX. Mr. Tocher left NTS Computer Systems after it was acquired by Brainium Technologies Inc. in a reverse takeover transaction. Mr. Tocher has also completed the Corporate Governance course at the Faculty of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University.

Douglas E. Howes - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Howes joined us as our Chief Financial Officer in March 2005.

Prior to joining Tranzeo, Mr. Howes was the Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Corporate Development at Talent Technology Corp., a company engaged in the business of providing software solutions and services to the human resources and corporate recruiting industry, from 2001 to 2005. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Riptide Technologies Ltd. and eSuccess Inc., a subsidiary of Riptide Technologies, from 1997 to 2001. Riptide Technologies developed a software program for the auditing of lottery results and electronic payment processing solutions software that was marketed by eSuccess.

Mr. Howes was controller and financial manager of MPR Teltech Ltd., a high technology company that provided advanced telecommunications systems and products to clients in North America, the Pacific Rim, India and Europe, from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Howes was subsequently appointed director of finance of MPR Extensys Inc., a position he held until May 1997.

Mr. Howes received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1981. He also holds the designation of Certified General Accountant in British Columbia, which he received in 1985. Following his completion of the CGA designation, Mr. Howes worked as an accountant with the firm of Galloway, Botteselle & Company in Vancouver from 1981 to 1987.

Dave Gelvin - Tranzeo USA President

Mr. Gelvin joined us in February 2007 to lead our new U.S. division as its President when Tranzeo acquired the assets of Sensoria Corporation. Mr. Gelvin is responsible for leading our WiMAX business and brings over 25 years of management and engineering experience in the electronics industry.

Prior to joining Tranzeo, Mr. Gelvin served as the President and CEO of Sensoria Corporation in San Diego where he worked from 1999 to 2007 developing broadband wireless mesh network equipment and management software. Previously, Mr. Gelvin was Vice President of the Multimedia Business Unit for Rockwell Semiconductor Systems and also Brooktree Corporation where he worked from 1984 to 1999.

Mr. Gelvin holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University in Chico and graduated from the Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers at the University of California San Diego.

Kevin W. Mitchell, P.Eng.- Vice President, Operations

Mr. Mitchell joined Tranzeo in September, 2005 as Operations Manager and was promoted to Vice-President, Operations in July, 2006. Mr. Mitchell is responsible for overall operations activities including Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Facilities and remote sites including our Whistler, BC WISP.

Prior to joining Tranzeo, Mr. Mitchell held various senior operations management positions at Eagle-Picher, Alpha Technologies, NTS Computer Systems and Brooks Automation.

Mr. Mitchell holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Damian Wallace - Vice President, Product Development

Mr. Wallace has been our Vice President of Product Development since December 2002. Mr. Wallace is responsible for coordinating our product development activities and for leading our product design and development initiatives.

Prior to joining Tranzeo, Mr. Wallace was the director of Product Development and Customer Satisfaction at NTS Computer Systems from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Wallace became director of Product Development of Branium Technologies upon its acquisition of NTS Computer Systems, a position that Mr. Wallace held until 2002 when he joined Tranzeo. Prior to joining NTS Computer Systems, Mr. Wallace was the manager of Multiple Listing Service data systems for Top Producer Systems, a company engaged in the development and marketing of real estate specific software solutions, from 1996 to 1998.

Mr. Wallace graduated from Kwantlen University College in Surrey, British Columbia with an Associates Degree in Arts in 1994, completing a two year program. Mr. Wallace has obtained a number of educational certifications in the areas of wireless, networking and general computers.

Mr. Bud Patterson - Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Patterson joined us in February 2007 as Vice President of Engineering when Tranzeo acquired the assets of Sensoria Corporation. Mr. Patterson assumed responsibility for of all engineering and development in June of 2007. He brings over 25 years of engineering and engineering management experience in wireless broadband system development, semiconductor development and rapid product development.

Prior to joining Tranzeo, Mr. Patterson was VP Engineering of Sensoria Corporation where he worked from 2001 to 2007 developing wireless mesh networking products and software. Mr. Patterson was VP Engineering of Accelerix and then Director of Engineering at MOSAID Technologies after the Accelerix acquisition where he worked from 1997 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Patterson was Director of Engineering for Rockwell Semiconductor Systems and Brooktree Corporation where he worked from 1986 to 1997.

Mr. Patterson holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and graduated from the Leadership and Management Program at the University of California San Diego.
