"After a thorough evaluation of several wireless broadband solutions providers, we came to the conclusion that Aperto Networks had the most advanced and the most stable platform. We were especially pleased with the Quality of Service and the routing and advanced networking features built into Aperto's platform. Its flexible architecture ensures a future proof evolution as we implement new subscriber services in the coming months and years."
Wassim El Khoury, Network Expansion Manager, Pesco [Lebanon]
"We have been an Aperto customer for some time and know that PacketMAX is the ideal solution for our offerings... Like many service providers, we are concerned with the cost of deploying and managing WiMAX... with Aperto's WaveCenter EMS product, PacketMAX lets us serve a huge number of customers with exceptional QoS and reliability."
Leszek Pruszynski Deputy Director of Multimedia Ac [Biatel SA]
This deployment is an important proof point for Aperto's technology and our services team. The flexibility of PacketMAX in providing multi-sector support and management was crucial. Results have been amazing.

Tranzeo survives tornado:
Attached is a pic of an air conditioning unit that was picked off the top of a client location by a tornado. It's 1/2 ton and about as big as a semi trailer. It knocked two of them off the roof and set them down 100 yds away. We had a tranzeo mounted on a non penetrating roof mount in between the two ac units. It blew the radio, mount, mat, and ballast off as well. We found the mount and radio in good shape but never did find the mat or the concrete blocks. We put it back on the roof, powered it up and it linked right up. Pretty durable.
I realize that there are a lot of folks involved in this. From sales personnel to the tech support that no one really gets to see as they help over the phone. But I wanted to take this opportunity (I have a moment before I call it a night) to say thank you to all of you. I recently was 'forced' through panic, through the customer not being happy with deliver schedules, and my need to please, to 'resort' to your product. I have spent years working with a 'brand X' and have been more or less happy with them. When they were not able to meet delivery schedules I 'had' to go to someone else for the equipment that I needed. This finally fell to you folks. To me, an unknown. But your equipment seemed to meet my requirements and my customers' needs. My initial phone calls to your sales folks and tech folks were promising, so I opted to take a chance with you. I have NO regrets. None. Period. Not only was I (US!! You included.) able to get the equipment installed in a timely fashion, but once powered up, it worked flawlessly in a less than ideal environment. I was able, with your help, to 'wire' the entire Alaska State Fair grounds with a private network for their electronic ticketing. And it is working beautifully. We are in the middle of the Fair and there have been NO glitches, No dropouts, and NO hesitation to perform as needed. And what makes this even MORE remarkable is that the local phone company has FLOODED the fair grounds with a 'public' hotspot.... AND THE DIRTY SO-AND-SO's STEPPED ALL OVER MY CHANNELS without so much as a "thank-you, mam!" Yet even when they 'stomped all over me' your system held and performed PERFECTLY. And as amusing as it was annoying, I finally had to move my channels to other frequencies SO I WASN'T STOMPING ON THEM!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
There is still a week to go on the fair schedule, so a lot can happen yet. But I am pleased no matter what.
Thank you.
You now have a full time convert to your product and your team. We at Data Systems Design are no longer going to use 'brand X' for our customers' wireless needs.
Sincerely,
-Mitch
