I have to supply my own tools as it is too hard for the society that I work for to keep inventory and responsibility for them. I carry the following with me to a general client install:</p> <p>Paladin RJ45 Crimpers<br /> Xacto Knife<br /> A set of ratchet socket wrenches<br /> Cordless Drill<br /> 3/8 nut driver bit for roofing screws<br /> 3/8 hand nut driver for the weather cap and L bracket nuts<br /> 400 watt inverter for the car<br /> Laptop<br /> 2 straight through cables, POE and adapter<br /> A sattellite mast to mount the dish/radio<br /> Cable tester<br /> Zip ties<br /> Staple gun with 3/8 and 9/16 rounded staples<br /> General Cable brand CAT 5 cable<br /> RJ 45 ends<br /> Large crescent wrench to tighten the black piece to the weather shield<br /> 3m weather proofing tape<br /> Plumbers white thread tape<br /> 3/8 wood and metal drill bit for the hole of the CAT 5 to fit through without ends</p> <p>The consumable materials are supplied by the society and the main tools are mine.</p> <p>I carry the same tools for a radio to go on a tower, or if it is an AP in our system.
