Bob,

I have 1 alternative energy site that has stayed up all this winter. If you would like to talk about it please email me at jamesh@belco.bc.ca. You can also see pictures of our site on our facebook page, just search for Central Coast Communications Society. I would be more than happy to help as I have struggled with this site for the past 2 years and finally have got it to work through a winter.

I was wondering if you could give us the specifications of the panels and batteries?
Example MFG AAAAA Model BBBBB
Also what state are they deployed in?

Thanks

I have a few solar sites, and found out over the last few years that the size and temp ratings of batteries is very important. Snow sticking to panels is a problem, January has little sun so make battery bank size to run system a least 6 weeks.
